Dornier Do 28 Skyservant

Dornier Do 28 A-1 Skyservant G-ASUR

Wikipedia describes this as “… a twin-engine STOL utility aircraft, manufactured by Dornier Flugzeugbau GmbH. It served with the Luftwaffe and Marineflieger and other air forces around the world in the communications and utility role.”

Another recording from Old Warden and the first time I had seen this aircraft – had to ID it from the registration, apparantly this aircraft is now based at the Shuttleworth Collection.

Not sure how original this aircraft is but if so its powered with a pair of 250 hp (190 kW) Lycoming O-540-A1A (six-cylinder, horizontally opposed) engines.
